Collect Ratings - Filter Participants

In the Ratings Control Panel, users can also view Ratings data based on customized inputs for a given participant, set of participants, or Participant Groups. In the Filter Participant section of the Control Panel, the Participants will be listed along with any Participant Groups that have been created.  Checkboxes select and deselect Participants and Groups and the display and calculations will reflect the selections. While hovering over a participant in a given Participant Group, there will also be an option for “Only” whereby clicking will select only that participant from that specific Group.

For Ratings view, only selected Ratings Participants will be displayed in both the Control Panel and main work area Rating boxes. For Ratings Scoresheet view, the Ratings calculations will be based on the specific Participants selected.
