Each user account has a personlized Decision Lens Homepage that is the is the main area for working with your Tasks, Portfolio's, and Submissions.  From this main screen you can create, manage and launch your decisions.

Each Decision Lens user will have a unique view of their Tasks, Portfolios and Submissions:

Tasks

Task Section of the Homepage provides links for specific actions requested of the user

  • Task based activity list helps to better direct user

  • Clicking on a Task will take the user directly the appropriate decision and activity

  • Use can choose to hide/unhide tasks as desired

  • The Tasks section on the Overview pages show the top 10 tasks

  • Full list of tasks can be seen on the Task specific subpage accessed by clicking on the header, “more” link at the bottom of the module, or left rail quicklinks

  • Search capabilities provide a means to find task by keyword

  • Hover over a task to display the HIDE button.   Click HIDE to remove the task from the Homepage list.   The tasks will still be accessible from the Tasks section link.

Portfolios

Portfolios Section of the Homepage provides links for the decisions that the user has access to either as Owner or Reviewer

  • Gear menu provides additional options for copy, edit, import, and export

  • Clicking on the name or the Open button will open the decision

  • Icons display the number of Participants, Criteria, and Alternatives and provides a shortcut to the respective sections

  • Using the button dropdown allows for direct navigation to decision subsections

  • The Decision section on the Overview pages show the top 5 based on chosen sort order

  • Default display order is by Last Accessed so the most utilized decisions will be visible

  • Sort options include by date accessed, date created, name, and role

  • Full list of decisions can be seen on the Decision specific subpage accessed by clicking on the header, “more” link at the bottom of the module, or left rail quicklinks

  • Search capabilities provide a means to find decisions by name, description, or role

Submissions

Submissions Section of the Homepage only displays when a user has acted upon any Submission Requests.

  • Displays status of the Submission

  • Provides link to view and/or edit for the submission depending on status

  • The Submissions section on the Overview pages show the top 5 based on chosen sort order

  • Default display order is by Last Updated so the most recent submissions will be visible

  • Sort options include by date updated, date created, and name

  • Full list of submissions can be seen on the Submission specific subpage accessed by clicking on the header, “more” link at the bottom of the module, or left rail quicklinks

  • Search capabilities provide a means to find Submissions by name, status, or Submission Request name

Quick Links

The Overview page is the main view of the homepage with windows into Tasks, Decisions and Submissions

  • Quicklinks provide the total number of each homepage element

  • Quicklinks provide easy access to the section specific subpages that display only and all of that element (ie tasks only)

  • Decision creators can create and import decisions
