How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache in Google Chrome?

The steps below can be used to clear your browser's cache and cookies if you are working in Google Chrome.

Steps:

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.
  2. At the top right, click More More.
  3. Click More tools and then Clear browsing data.
  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  6. Click Clear data.

After you have followed the steps above, your browser's cache has been cleared and you are ready to continue with your work in Decision Lens.

How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache in Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11?

The steps below can be used to clear your browser's cache and cookies if you are working in Internet Explorer 9, 10, or 11.

Steps:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click the gear icon at the top right of your browser.
  3. Click on "Internet Options" in the drop-down menu.
  4. Click on "Delete" in the "Browsing history" section.
  5. In the pop-up window, make sure that "Temporary Internet Files" and "Cookies" are selected. You may select any other items you wish to clear.
  6. Click on the "Delete" button.
  7. Close and re-open Internet Explorer.

  2. At the top right of your browser screen next to the address bar, click on the icon with three horizontal lines.

  4. Scroll down to "History" and click "Clear History..."

How Do I Clear My Browser's Cache in Safari?

The steps below can be used to clear your browser's cache and cookies if you are working in Safari.

Steps:

  1. Open Safari.
  2. Click on the Safari option in your menu bar.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Click on the Privacy icon > Manage Website Data... > Click on Remove All
  5. Click on Remove All Website Data.
